Revolutioniding Fundraising
Family First Professionals was founded in the UK in 2019 with the aim to change the fundraising sector introducing instant payments to drive urgency in your cause & to elicit best fundraising practices. Providing an employment model in an industry synonymous with commission only & subcontracting.
Global Experience, Local Impact
Having already set up, and operated a successful operation in Australia and New Zealand, our director returned home to the UK to work with local charities to help make a difference to families, children and animals in Wales, the UK and all over the world.
Partnering with Agencies
We entered into successful partnerships with established lead agencies who also saw the benefits in recurring card payments, having seen improved retention rates like us. Focusing on working with brands that spoke to our fundraising teams, which they were empassioned by.
New Cardiff HQ
Moving into our current location in the city in Cardiff, located opposite the historical Cardiff Castle, our in-house teams have continued to excel.
Nationwide Expansion
In addition to our head office in Cardiff we expanded our national reach, opening regional offices in Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Manchester and Swansea. Employing in excess of one hundred fundraisers and back office staff across the UK.
Establishing our First Relationships with Household Name Charities
In Jan 2024 having grown our account management, welcome calling & compliance team, we began working with charities directly. This brought fundraisers closer to the cause, increasing satisfaction, engagement & retention.
Successful Summer Events & Shows
Successfully implemented a summer events program, attending Crufts, Bristol Balloon Fiesta and several air shows in Swansea, Bournemouth and Ayre in Scotland, raising crucial funds for our direct clients.
